Section 9A

Collection of parking charges

All charges paid in connection with the use of any parking place maintained or operated by a statutory body under the provisions of this Act must be paid to that statutory body unless —

(a)

otherwise agreed between the Minister and that statutory body; or

(b)

otherwise directed by the Minister.
