Section 7

Penalty for compelling any person to undergo treatment for sexual sterilisation

Any person who, by means of coercion or intimidation, compels or induces another person to undergo treatment for sexual sterilisation against that other person’s will shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years or to both.
