Immunity of registered medical practitioners
No registered medical practitioner shall be liable civilly or criminally for carrying out treatment for sexual sterilisation on any person so long as —
(a)
the conditions in section 3(2) are satisfied in respect of that person; and
(b)
the treatment is not carried out in a negligent manner.
