Certificates for exporters of medicinal products
On the application of any person who proposes to export medicinal products of any description, the licensing authority may issue to that person a certificate containing any such statement relating to medicinal products of that description as the licensing authority may consider appropriate having regard —
(a)
to any requirements (whether having the force of law or not) which have effect in the country to which the products are to be exported; and
(b)
to the provisions of this Act and to any licence granted or other thing done by virtue of this Act.
