Section 24

Subject to any exemption conferred by or under this Part, on and after 3 May 1993, a person must not sell by retail or supply in circumstances corresponding to retail sale any medicinal product which is not a medicinal product on a general sale list, unless that person is or acts under the personal supervision of a pharmacist.
