Section 31

Adulteration of medicinal products

A person must not —

(a)

add any substance to, or abstract any substance from, a medicinal product so as to affect injuriously the composition of the product, with intent that the product is to be sold or supplied in that state; or

(b)

sell or supply any medicinal product whose composition has been injuriously affected by the addition or abstraction of any substance.
