Section 48

Any person who contravenes section 44(2), (3) or (4), 45(2) or (3), 46(2) or 47(3) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or to both.
