Trees and plants planted under section 8 or 9 not to be damaged or removed

(1)
No person shall wilfully damage, destroy or remove a tree or plant which has been planted under section 8 or 9.

Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000. [9
