Constitution of Corporation
(1)
The Corporation shall consist of the following members, all of whom shall be appointed by the Minister:
a Chairman;
a Deputy Chairman who shall be the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs or his representative;
a representative of the Ministry of Finance;
a representative of the Ministry of Labour;
a representative of the Vocational and Industrial Training Board; and
not less than two but not more than 10 other members.
(2)
All members shall, unless the Minister otherwise directs, hold office for a period of 3 years from the date of their respective appointments and shall be eligible for reappointment.
(3)
The Minister may appoint a person to be a temporary member during the absence, or incapacity owing to illness or otherwise, of any other member.
(4)
The Minister may, at any time, revoke the appointment of a member without assigning any reason therefor.
(5)
The Minister may, at any time, accept the resignation of a member.
