Section 24

Every summons, process, demand, order, notice, statement, direction or document requiring authentication by the Board may be sufficiently authenticated without the seal of the Board if signed by the Chairperson or the Chief Executive of the Board, or an officer of the Board authorised for this purpose by the Board.
