Section 15

Any periodical payment for temporary incapacity payable under this Act may be reviewed by the Commissioner on the application of the employer or of the employee accompanied by a certificate of a medical practitioner that there has been a change in the condition of the employee.

Any periodical payment for temporary incapacity may, on review under this section, and subject to the provisions of this Act, be continued, increased, decreased or ended.
