Section 37

For the purpose of section 133 of the Criminal Procedure Code (Cap. 68) and notwithstanding subsections (1) and (2) thereof, a Magistrate may take cognizance of an offence under this Act upon receiving a complaint in writing and signed by the Commissioner.
