Section 36B

Exemption

The Board may, subject to the general or special directions of the Minister, and by order in the Gazette, exempt —

(a)

any person or class of persons; and

(b)

any weighing or measuring instrument or class of weighing or measuring instruments,from all or any of the provisions of this Act or any subsidiary legislation made under this Act, subject to any terms and conditions that the Board may impose.
