Application to the Government
(1)
The President may, by order in the Gazette, provide for the application to the Government of any of the provisions of this Act or of any subsidiary legislation made under this Act that may be specified in the order, with the exceptions, adaptations and modifications that may be so specified.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), an order made under this Act may make special provisions for the enforcement of any provisions applied by the order and in particular as to the person liable to be proceeded against for any offence under any such provision.
(3)
An order made under this section may be varied or revoked by subsequent orders so made.
