Employment of unregistered architect prohibited
(1)
No person shall employ as an architect any person who is not registered under this Act.
(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000 and for a second or subsequent offence to a fine not exceeding $5,000.
