Section 24
Transfer of assets and property
Upon the commencement of this Act, all assets and property of every description and all powers, rights and privileges in connection therewith or appertaining thereto which immediately before the commencement of this Act were vested in the Board of Architects constituted under the Architects Act [1970 Ed., Cap. 213] repealed by this Act shall be transferred to and vest in the Board without further assurance.
