Medical examination of persons arriving in Singapore

(1)
The Director may, for the purpose of preventing the spread or possible outbreak of any infectious disease in Singapore, by written order, require all or any persons arriving in Singapore to undergo any medical examination specified in the order.

(2)
Any person given an order under subsection (1) who, without reasonable excuse, refuses or fails to comply with the order shall be guilty of an offence.
