Rules
(1)
The Authority, with the approval of the Minister, may make rules, not inconsistent with this Act, prescribing all matters which are required, necessary, or convenient to be prescribed, for carrying out or giving effect to this Act and, in particular and without limiting the foregoing power, the Authority, with the approval of the Minister, may make rules —
prescribing the forms to be used under this Act;
prescribing the fees to be paid for any procedure, function, matter or thing carried out or done under this Act, and for the remission of such fees; and
generally pertaining to the procedure or practice to be followed in any matter arising under this Act.
(2)
All such rules must be published in the Gazette and must be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication.
