Section 14

Notice of general meeting

(1)

The Board must send a notice of every general meeting to the members at least 14 days prior to the meeting being held, and the notice must specify the date, time and place for the holding of the meeting, the nature of the business to be transacted at the meeting and, in case of special business, concise particulars of the special business.

(2)

The accidental omission to give the notice to, and the non‑receipt of the notice by, a member does not invalidate the proceedings at any meeting.
