Section 22

Every licensee shall furnish to the Authority, at such time and in such manner as the Authority may specify, such returns and information as the Authority may reasonably require for the proper discharge of its functions.

Any licensee who fails to furnish any returns or information required under this section shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $50,000 and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine of $5,000 for every day during which the offence continues after conviction.
