Appeal against refusal to register or removal of name from register
(1)
A person aggrieved by a refusal of the Board under section 8(5) or a direction given by the Board under section 14(1) may, within one month after the refusal or direction, as the case may be, has been communicated to him, appeal to the High Court.
(2)
The High Court may on an appeal under subsection (1) give such directions as it thinks fit in the matter including any directions as to the cost of the appeal.
(3)
No appeal shall lie from an order of the High Court under this section.
