Section 2

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires —“Board” means the Pharmacy Board established under section 3(1);“register” means the register of pharmacists maintained in pursuance of section 5(1);“registered” means registered in the register, and cognate expressions shall be construed accordingly;“registered pharmacist” means a person whose name is registered in the register.
