Transitional provisions
(1)
Every person registered under the Pharmacists Registration Act [1970 Ed. Cap. 223], repealed by this Act, shall be deemed to be registered under this Act.
(2)
The register of pharmacists kept in pursuance of the Pharmacists Registration Act, repealed by this Act, shall be deemed to be part of the register to be kept in pursuance of section 5.
(3)
Any order made and other thing done under the provisions of the Pharmacists Registration Act, repealed by this Act, and in force immediately before the commencement of this Act shall be deemed to have been made or done under the corresponding provisions of this Act and shall continue to have effect accordingly.
