Section 5

For the purposes of this Act, a register of pharmacists shall be kept, in such form as may be prescribed, by the Chief Pharmacist of the Ministry of Health (referred to in this Act as the Registrar) who shall be responsible for the maintenance and custody of the register and shall perform such other duties in connection therewith as may be prescribed.

The register shall contain the names and addresses, and such other particulars, if any, as are prescribed, of all persons who are registered in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
