Section 22

Application

(1)

The provisions of this Part shall apply to such types of vocational training institutions and their proprietors, managers and training staff as the Minister may, from time to time by notification in the Gazette, specify.

(2)

Nothing in this Part shall apply to —

(a)

any person or body of persons providing instruction or training in any skill, trade or vocation for his or their employees;

(b)

any person or body of persons providing instruction or training in any skill, trade or vocation not for the purposes of gain or profit;

(c)

any school or institution maintained partly or wholly by the Government or the Board; or

(d)

any institution established under any other written law.
