Grounds for refusing registration
The Registrar may refuse to register a vocational training institution if —
(a)
the premises of the proposed institution or any parts of the premises are unsuitable for the proposed institution;
(b)
the fee to be charged for any training course provided by the proposed institution is excessive, having regard to the cost of maintaining and conducting the proposed institution and the standard of education or training to be provided; or
(c)
any teacher to be employed in the proposed institution is not a proper person to be a teacher in any vocational training institution.
