Section 32

Enforcement

(1)

Where an order is made by the Registrar or by an Appeals Board directing that any vocational training institution be struck off the register, the Registrar shall, as from the date on which the direction takes effect, strike the institution off the register.

(2)

If any person uses any premises for purposes for which the premises are disqualified by virtue of an order made under this Part, that person shall be guilty of an offence.

(3)

If any person acts as the proprietor of a vocational training institution, or accepts or endeavours to obtain employment as a teacher in any vocational training institution, while he is disqualified from so acting or from being so employed by virtue of an order made under this Part, he shall be guilty of an offence.
