Section 21

The Minister may, subject to such terms or conditions as he may impose, exempt any private hospital, medical clinic, clinical laboratory or healthcare establishment from all or any of the provisions of this Act or any regulations made thereunder.

An exemption granted under this section may be revoked at any time. [16E
