Section 34

For the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating the railway, the Corporation or any person authorised by the Corporation may, at any reasonable time, enter upon any State land within or adjoining the railway area and may, subject to the approval of the Collector of Land Revenue, lay, construct and operate the railway in, under or over the State land and do all things as are reasonably necessary for the laying, construction, maintenance and operation of the railway.[28
