Section 65

The Corporation may in its discretion compound any offence under any regulations made under this Act which is prescribed as an offence which may be compounded by collecting from the person reasonably suspected of having committed the offence a sum not exceeding $200.

The Corporation may, with the approval of the Minister, make regulations prescribing the offences which may be compounded.[48E
