Section 16

Omission of certain subsidiary legislation from revised edition of subsidiary legislation

(1)

The Commissioners must omit from the revised edition of subsidiary legislation any subsidiary legislation that the President may specify by notification in the Gazette.

(2)

Despite anything to the contrary in this Act, such subsidiary legislation remains in force until it has been expressly revoked or has expired or become spent or had effect.
