Section 38

Power to remove persons, vehicles, etc.

A police officer may remove from the Authority’s aerodrome or any part of such aerodrome —

(a)

any person who, in contravention of this Act or any regulations made thereunder, fails or refuses to leave the aerodrome or any part thereof after being requested by such an officer to do so; and

(b)

any vehicle or thing brought to or left within the aerodrome or any part thereof in contravention of any provisions of this Act or regulations made thereunder and any vehicle or thing likely to cause danger or obstruction.
