Regulations
(1)
The Authority may, with the approval of the Minister, make regulations for carrying out the purposes and provisions of this Act.
(2)
Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), the Authority may, with the approval of the Minister, make regulations —
for prohibiting or restricting access to any part of the Authority’s aerodrome;
for preserving order within the Authority’s aerodrome and preventing damage to property therein;
for prescribing the charges that may be made for services or facilities provided by the Authority;
for prescribing the fees to be paid in respect of the issue, validation, renewal, extension or variation of any certificate, licence or other document or the undergoing of any examination or test required by the regulations and in respect of any other matters in respect of which it appears to the Authority to be expedient for the purpose of the regulations to charge fees;
for the manner of appointment, conduct and discipline and the terms and conditions of service of employees of the Authority; and
the payment of gratuities and other benefits to employees of the Authority.
