Rules
The Board may, with the approval of the Minister, make rules for all or any of the following purposes:
(a)
regulating the proceedings of the Board or of the committees of the Board;
(b)
prescribing duties of the employees of the Board;
(c)
providing for the circumstances in which applications may be made to the Board for financial assistance and the manner of such applications and determination thereof; and
(d)
prescribing any matters which are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to the provisions of this Act.
