Section 40

Any dispute or difference between the Board and a body corporate as to the rights, duties or obligations of either party in relation to the common property of a housing estate shall be referred to the determination of a single arbitrator to be appointed by the Minister in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration Act [Cap. 10] or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof for the time being in force.
