Application
(1)
This Act shall apply to arbitration agreements made before the date of commencement of this Act as it applies to arbitration agreements made on or after that date.
(2)
This Act shall not apply to foreign awards made before the date of commencement of this Act.
(3)
This Act shall bind the Government.
