Section 101

Civil Defence Force Fund

(1)

A fund called the Civil Defence Force Fund is established.

(2)

The Fund consists of —

(a)

all sums forfeited by or fines inflicted on members under the powers conferred by this Act;

(b)

donations offered to the Fund and accepted by the Commissioner;

(c)

voluntary contributions from members; and

(d)

contributions from moneys provided by Parliament.

(3)

The Fund is to be controlled by the Commissioner and applied for the purposes of the welfare of members, civil defence volunteers and their families and for such other purposes as the Commissioner thinks fit.
