Section 105C

Section 105D applies to any act done or omitted to be done outside Singapore by any member of the Force while the member is serving outside Singapore pursuant to any order made under section 105A.

For the purposes of this section, a person is deemed to be serving outside Singapore pursuant to an order made under section 105A from the time the person leaves Singapore to undertake those duties until the time the person returns to Singapore.
