Section 30

Cruel, indecent or disgraceful conduct

Any person who behaves in a cruel, indecent or disgraceful manner or in a manner unbecoming of a member of the Force shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or any other punishment authorised by this Act.
