Section 32

Insubordinate behaviour

Any person who —

(a)

uses threatening, insubordinate or insulting language to a person of a higher rank; or

(b)

in the presence of a person of a higher rank uses threatening, insubordinate or insulting language about the person of a higher rank,shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or any other punishment authorised by this Act.
