Section 68

Search by person of same sex, etc.

Despite section 67 —

(a)

a person must not be searched except by a person of the same sex;

(b)

a person must not be searched except in the presence of a third person of the same sex; and

(c)

an officer must not be searched except by or under the authority of an officer.
