Power of Court to punish for contempt of Court
Nothing in a provision of this Act that provides —
(a)
that a person shall not contravene or fail to comply with an order of the Court; or
(b)
that a person who contravenes or fails to comply with an order of the Court is guilty of an offence,affects the powers of the Court in relation to the punishment of contempt of the Court.
