Register of Public Accounting Corporations

(1)
The Board shall —
(a)
keep and maintain, in such form as the Board may determine, a register to be called the Register of Public Accounting Corporations containing the names and particulars of all accounting corporations approved under section 19; and
(b)
allow any person to inspect the Register of Public Accounting Corporations in such manner and on such terms as the Board thinks fit.

The Registrar shall, under the general direction of the Board, enter all approvals and revocation of approvals of companies as accounting corporations in the Register of Public Accounting Corporations.[18D
