Notice of general meetings of Institute
(1)
Not less than 21 days’ notice of any general meeting, specifying the place, date and hour of the meeting and the general nature of the business to be transacted, shall be given to every member of the Institute.
(2)
Accidental omission to comply with this section in respect of a member of the Institute shall not invalidate the proceedings at the meeting.[43
