Chairman of general meetings of Institute
(1)
The President of the Institute shall preside as chairman at every general meeting.
(2)
In the absence of the President of the Institute at any general meeting, the Vice-President of the Institute shall preside.
(3)
In the absence of the President and the Vice-President of the Institute at any such meeting the chairman shall be elected from among themselves by those members of the Institute present at the meeting.[45
