Section 115A
Copying for course of instruction in making of film or sound-track

Copyright in a sound recording, cinematograph film, television broadcast, sound broadcast or cable programme is not infringed by its being copied in the making of —
(a)
a cinematograph film; or
(b)
a sound-track associated with the visual images forming part of a cinematograph film,in the course of instruction, or preparation for instruction, in the making of a cinematograph film or sound-track associated with the visual images forming part of a cinematograph film, if the copying is done by a person giving or receiving such instruction.
