Section 140K

Disposal of seized copies ordered to be forfeited

If a court orders that seized copies are to be forfeited to the Government, the copies shall be disposed of —

(a)

in the manner prescribed by the regulations; or

(b)

if no manner of disposal is so prescribed, as the Director-General directs. [Aust. 1968, s. 135AI]
