Section 140Q

For the purpose of exercising the powers conferred by sections 140M to 140P, an authorised officer may, without warrant, enter upon any islet, landing place, wharf, dock, railway or quay or the premises of a provider of port services or facilities licensed or exempted under the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act (Cap. 170A), or of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore.

In this section, “railway” has the same meaning as in the Railways Act (Cap. 263).
