Section 152

Subject to this section, the members of the Tribunal shall hold office for such period as may be determined at the time of their respective appointments; and a person who ceases to hold office as a member of the Tribunal shall be eligible for reappointment.

Any member of the Tribunal may at any time by notice in writing to the Minister resign his appointment.

The Minister may declare the office of any member of the Tribunal vacant on the ground of his unfitness to continue in office or incapacity to perform the duties thereof.[Aust. 1968, ss. 141 and 145]
