Section 155

If the members of the Tribunal dealing with any reference or application are unable to agree as to the order to be made by the Tribunal, a decision shall be taken by the votes of the majority; and, in the event of an equality of votes, the President of the Tribunal shall be entitled to a second or casting vote.[Aust. 1968, s. 146 (5)]
